UPDATE ON SUSPENSION AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the SENS announcements dated 3 January 2012,
16 February 2012, 28 March 2012, 17 May 2012, 29 June 2012,
21 August 2012, 4 October 2012, 14 October 2012,
2 January 2013, 13 March 2013, 29 April 2013 and 11 June
2013, shareholders are advised that the Company remains in
final liquidation.
Shareholders are advised that a report of the Commissioner
in the enquiry held in terms of section 417 and section 418
of the Companies Act 61 of 1973 (as amended) read with item
9 of schedule 5 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 into the
affairs of: Pinnacle Point Group Limited (In liquidation),
Chestnut Hill Investments 111 (Pty) Limited (in
liquidation), Gr Equity (Pty) Limited (in liquidation) has
been issued.
Shareholders should continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company’s securities until a full
announcement is made.
