TERMINATION OF THE STAALBEER TRANSACTION                                        
Shareholders are referred to the announcements, dated 18 June 2010              
and 24 June 2010 advising of the agreement entered into between the             
company and the vendors of Staalbeer in terms of which 100% of the              
issued share capital in and claims against Staalbeer would be                   
acquired by BSI Steel.                                                          
The company advises shareholders that the transaction has been                  
terminated.
