SBEN53 issued by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited
("Standard Bank") will be partially de-listed in the amount of
ZAR17,186,000.00 and the number of notes reduced is 17,186 (the
"Redeemed Portion") by the JSE Limited effective 08 December
2025.

The partial de-listing of the Note is due to Standard Bank, as
the Issuer thereof, has repurchased and owns the Redeemed
Portion. The remaining Aggregate Nominal Amount of SBEN53 in
issue is ZAR24,814,000.00 and the remaining number of Notes is
24,814.
