On 17 September 2025 Naspers Limited announced that Naspers Limited (NPN) shareholders will receive 5 NPN shares for every
1 NPN share held. With regards to this corporate action, the following adjustments will be made to NPN positions on 1 October
2025 (Ex-date). The adjustments will be made to positions held at close of business on 30 September 2025 (LDT).

Treatment:

Note holders are advised that the value of each Note certificate will be adjusted by the ZAR equivalent value of the abovementioned
corporate action, as determined by Investec Bank Limited in their capacity as calculation agent. The certificate adjustment shall be
effective Wednesday, 1 October 2025.

Calculation:
Long Equity Quantity per Basket:                       0.884306217557016


Effective date:

The ZAR adjustment amount shall be applied to each certificate, effective 1 October 2025.

Any capitalized terms referred to herein, and not defined, shall bear the meanings ascribed thereto in the Note issue documentation.
