Update: Availability of the unaudited draft Annual Financial Statements

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the
JSE Limited on 27 August 2025, advising of the council sitting of the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan
Municipality on 28 August 2025 where the unaudited draft Annual Financial Statements for the year
ended 30 June 2025 (Draft Core AFS) were presented to the councillors for noting and thereafter
submitted to the auditor general for audit.

The City of Ekurhuleni would like to advise, the Draft Core AFS as submitted to the auditor general are
available for downloading on Ekurhuleni's website at:

https://www.ekurhuleni.gov.za/about-the-city/annual-reports/
