CHANGE IN AUDITORS


In compliance with paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Moore Infinity Inc has been appointed as the independent external auditor to
Visual to replace LDP Chartered Accountants and Auditors Inc ("LDP") with effect from
7 May 2025.

The change in auditors was initiated by LDP stating that Visual was the only listed company
that they audited, creating an excessive administrative burden in relation to IRBA, and they
did not want to continue auditing listed companies.
