The Company hereby advises that the rating agency Global Credit Rating Company ("GCR") has
affirmed the credit rating of the Company's holding company and guarantor, PSG Financial
Services Limited ("Guarantor"), in its report issued on 14 August 2024.

The Guarantor's national scale long-term issuer rating was affirmed at A+(ZA) and the short-term
issuer rating at A1(ZA), with a Positive Outlook.
