FIRSTRAND BANK: BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP CHANGE

The bank wishes to inform noteholders that the following board committee amendments have been made in
accordance with paragraphs 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements to enhance the audit committee
skill set.

Audit committee
Ms TC Isaacs and Ms Z Roscherr have been appointed as members of the audit committee effective
1 December 2023. Mr RM Loubser will retire as a member of the committee, effective 30 November 2023. The
updated committee composition (effective 1 December 2023) is outlined below.
