CHANGE TO THE BOARD

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Brimstone
shareholders are advised that Ms Keneilwe Moloko, an independent non-executive director, will
not be standing for re-election at the forthcoming annual general meeting of Brimstone and will
therefore retire as a director and as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from
29 May 2023. Following Ms Moloko’s retirement, the Audit and Risk Committee remains duly
constituted.

The Company extends its sincere appreciation to Ms Moloko for her valued contribution and
service during her tenure as a non-executive director of the Company and wishes her well in her
future endeavours.
