UPDATE ON AVAILABILITY OF POLICIES

Eskom hereby notifies its debt investors that it is currently in the process of finalising the following policies and
registers relating to:

1.    the disclosure and treatment of domestic prominent influential persons; and
2.    the disclosure and treatment of loans and procurement,

collectively the “Policies and Registers”, which are required to be made publicly available on its website in
terms of the Debt Listings Requirements.

The Policies and Registers will be available on Eskom’s website by 28 February 2022.

In addition, Eskom’s procurement register detailing its top 24 suppliers has been made available on Eskom’s
website      at   https://www.eskom.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/TopSuppliersEskomProcurementB-
BBEESpendVendorYTD_March2021.pdf.
