FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the trading statement released on SENS on 4 August 2021 advising shareholders
that Tower expects that distributable earnings per share for the year ended 31 May 2021 will be 29.9 cents per
share.

Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of Tower has decided to pay out 75% of distributable
earnings for the year ended 31 May 2021. Accordingly, Tower expects that its distribution per share for the
year ended 31 May 2021 will be 22.44019 cents per share, being 49.6% lower than the 44.5 cents per share
for the year ended 31 May 2020.

The financial information contained in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by Tower’s
auditors.
