Following the recent rating downgrade of the City of Tshwane by Moody’s Investor Services on
28 June 2021, the City invited all noteholders, other debt lenders and interested stakeholders of the
City of Tshwane to a briefing on Tuesday, 13 July 2021 by the Executive Mayor, Councilor Randall
Williams.

The Investor Briefing document by the Executive Mayor and the recording of the Investor Call is now
