REDEMPTION OF AMB256 FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT

In terms of paragraphs 24(b) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, the Anniversary Index Level on 25 May 2021 was
greater than the Anniversary Autocall Level, triggering an Autocall Event resulting in an automatic Early Redemption and
termination.

Accordingly, the AMB256 note will be suspended from trading effective Tuesday, 01 June 2021 and redeem and
automatically terminate with effect from 07 June 2021.
