Completion of retail parks portfolio disposal


Hammerson announces that, further to the announcement on 21 April 2021, it has completed the disposal
of its portfolio of seven retail parks to Brookfield for £330m cash proceeds. This transaction concludes
Hammerson’s exit from the UK retail parks sector.

Hammerson has its primary listing on the London Stock Exchange and secondary inward listings on the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin.
