AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020
Noteholders are hereby advised that the audited annual financial statements of SuperDrive for the year ended
31 December 2020 (“AFS”), including the unqualified audit report of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., the Issuer’s
registered auditors, are available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and on the Issuer’s website

In accordance with paragraph 6.21 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, Noteholders are advised of the
restatement contained in the AFS: IFRS 9 requires interest income earned on stage 3 assets to be calculated
on the asset’s gross amount less any expected credit loss. The corresponding amount should reduce the
impairment charges. During the year, the Company realised that the above has not been adjusted for and as
such, the Company has restated the financials going back to 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2019. This
restatement had no impact on Profit before taxation, Total comprehensive income or Retained income, as
previously reported. The restatement is detailed in note 23, ‘Correction of prior period error’ set out on page 49
of the AFS.
