NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS REGARDING AN ANNOUNCEMENT RELEASED BY ENX GROUP IN RELATION TO
ITS TRADING STATEMENT

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released by enX Group Limited (“enX Group”), a
guarantor to the Issuer’s ZAR 4 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, on SENS on
Monday, 2 November 2020, (“Announcement”) in relation to its trading statement.

The Announcement confirmed that the enX Group anticipates the results for the year ended 31 August
2020 (‘’Current Range’’) to differ by more than 20% compared to the year ended 31 August 2019
(‘’Prior Year’’), as follows:
