Shareholders of the Company are advised that as a result of the resignation of Java Capital Trustees and Sponsors
Proprietary Limited as JSE sponsor to the Company with effect from 31 March 2020, New Frontier has appointed Arbor
Capital Sponsors as JSE sponsor to the Company with effect from 1 April 2020.

New Frontier holds primary listings on the SEM and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
