NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008,
as amended (“Companies Act”), and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that MMH has received
notification from Coronation Asset Managers (Pty) Limited (“CAM”) of an
acquisition by CAM on behalf of their clients which increases CAM’s
beneficial interest in MMH to 5.06% of the Company’s issued ordinary
shares.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the
Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
