AVAILABILITY OF THE ISSUER INTERIM RESULTS

Bondholders are advised that the interim results (“the interims”) of the Issuer for the period ended 31
December 2018 are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

The interims of the Issuer have also been made available on their website at
https://www.fnbnamibia.com.na/about-fnb/index.html.

Further to the above, bondholders are hereby advised that there have been no restatements to the previously
published interim results, being 31 December 2017.
