INTENTION TO ACQUIRE SHARES IN THE COMPANY BY THE GRIT EXECUTIVE SHARE TRUST


Shareholders are referred to the Grit Long-Term Incentive Plan administered by the Grit Executive Share Trust (“Share
Trust”) in terms of the Long-Term Incentive Plan Scheme Rules (“Scheme”), approved by way of a special resolution
at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on 24 November 2017.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Share Trust intends to commence purchasing shares in the Company through
the market in order to satisfy the obligations of the Scheme.
