           JSE for its ZAR 2 billion domestic medium-term note (DMTN)
           programme dated 14 February 2019. The programme memorandum is
           available for inspection at the registered office of the
           Issuer and has been made available for inspection on its
           website at www.equites.co.za. The programme memorandum will
           also be available for inspection on the JSE website
           www.jse.co.za.
