Further Cautionary Announcement


Shareholders   are  referred   to  the   various   cautionary
announcements released over the past year relating to the
investigation by the Financial Services Board (“the FSB”) of
a subsidiary of the Company, the last of which was published
on 13 August 2013.

Shareholders are advised that the FSB’s investigation of the
Company’s subsidiary originates from a complaint received by
the FSB in 2007 of the alleged contravention by the subsidiary
of   certain  provisions   of  the   Financial  Advisory   and
Intermediary Services Act (Act no. 37 of 2002)(“the FAIS
Act”). The matter is receiving attention, and the Company’s
subsidiary has been engaging with the Regulator in this
regard.

The Company’s shareholders will be updated every 12 weeks and
be advised of any material change or further developments
relating   to  the   FSB’s  investigation.   Shareholders are
accordingly advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the Company’s securities until this cautionary
announcement is withdrawn or a full announcement is made.
