In   compliance  with   section  3.59   of  the   Listings
Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the
board of directors announces the resignation of Mr Themba
Ngcobo, as a director of Bonatla, with immediate effect.

The board would like to thank Mr Ngcobo for his valuable
contribution to the company during his time on the board.
