APPOINTMENT OF NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY, COMPANY SECRETARY AND
REGISTRY SERVICES

As part of Go Life's ongoing regularisation of the Company, the Board of Directors of Go Life is
pleased to announce the appointment of LTS Management Services Limited ("LTS") as the
Company's Management Company, Company Secretary as well as Registry services.


Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX
of the JSE.

This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rule 11.3 and the Mauritian Securities Act 2005. The
