In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Floating Rate Senior
Secured Notes, noteholders are advised of the notice for the repurchase
and cancellation of the ZAR350,000,000 Series 2019/1 Floating Rate
Senior Secured Notes (the BDX31 Notes) and ZAR200,000,000 Series 2020/2
Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes (the BDX33 Notes) issued under the
Blue Diamond X Investments (RF) Limited (the Issuer) ZAR10,000,000,000
Secured Note Programme established pursuant to a programme memorandum
dated 20 May 2014 (the Programme Memorandum.
The notes will fully redeem on 5 December 2022 pursuant to the Terms and
Conditions.
