Notification of appointment of a director

In compliance with paragraphs 6.39 and 6.40 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Transsec 5 (RF) Limited (“the Board”) hereby notifies the Noteholders that
Ms Sara Olivier has resigned as executive director and company secretary of the Issuer, effective
11 August 2022.

Accordingly, Mr Marc Hearn has been appointed as an executive director of the Issuer with effect
from 11 August 2022. Marc has a BBus Sci LLB qualification and has 20 Years of banking
experience in domestic and international markets. Prior to joining SA Taxi, he held the position as
Head of DCM and Securitisation at Standard Bank South Africa Limited. In May 2022 he joined SA
Taxi and was appointed Capital Market’s Executive.

The Board is also pleased to announce that Ms Lisa Lill has been appointed as Company Secretary
of the Issuer with effect from 11 August 2022. Lisa is the company secretary of Transaction Capital
Limited. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and a fellow member of the
Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa. The board is satisfied that Lisa has the
experience and qualifications to take up this position.

The Board welcomes both Marc and Lisa and looks forward to benefiting from their collective
expertise in their respective roles.

Pursuant to paragraph 4.10(b) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, the Issuer has published
