CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED
30 JUNE 2021

The board of directors of Arden Capital (the “Board”) presents the reviewed condensed consolidated
financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) for the six months ended 30 June
2021 (“Interim Results”).

Financial Highlights of the Group

The Interim Results when compared to the six months ended 30 June 2020 (“Comparative Period”),
are set out below:

 -    revenue increased by 56% to US$13.3 million compared to US$8.5 million for the Comparative
      Period;
 -    earnings per share decreased by 7.82 cents to loss per share of 2.44 cents compared to the
      restated earnings per share of 5.38 (2.54 US cents before restatement) cents for the Comparative
      Period; and
 -    headline earnings per share decreased by 6.35 to loss per share of 3.22 cents compared to the
      restated headline earnings per share of 3.13 cents (0.28 US cents before restatement) for the
      Comparative Period.

No dividends were declared or paid during the period under review or during the Comparative Period.

The Company’s reporting currency is the United States of America Dollar.

Qualified Review Conclusion

The Company’s auditors, Deloitte, have issued a qualified review conclusion on the Interim Results as
a result of non-compliance with International Financial Reporting Standard (“IFRS”) 13 – Fair Value
Measurement and International Accounting Standard (“IAS”) 29 – Financial Reporting in
Hyperinflationary Economies. A copy of the full review conclusion report is available for inspection on
