CAUTIONARY RENEWAL


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS dated 24 June 2021 in
terms of which the board of the Company (“Board”) advised shareholders of a strategic review being
an undertaking by the Board, aimed at assessing the viability of the Company to operate as a listed
holding company (“Strategic Review”).

Shareholders are advised that the Strategic Review is still ongoing, which may have a material impact
on the price at which the Company’s shares trade.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when trading in their Arden
Capital shares until a further announcement is made.
