PARTICIPATORY UNITS IN THE CLOUD ATLAS S&P AFRICAN SOVEREIGN BOND ETF



Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 15 April 2021 regarding the ballot voting
procedure in respect of the amendment of the AMI Real Estate EX-SA ETF into participatory units in
the Cloud Atlas S&P African Sovereign Bond ETF.

The results of the ballot were set out to be announced today, 02 June 2021, however the results are
in the process of being verified and will be announced on or about 04 June 2021.
