INTERIM RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND WEBCAST PRESENTATION


Dipula, a South African focused REIT that owns a diversified portfolio of retail, office, industrial and
residential assets across South Africa’s nine provinces, will release its unaudited condensed consolidated
interim financial results for the period ended 28 February 2021 (the “interim results”) on Monday, 17 May
2021.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the Company will not be hosting any group meetings. Management will
instead host a briefing via webcast on Tuesday, 18 May 2021 starting at 11:00 (South African time). A virtual
question and answer session will follow the presentation.
