In compliance with the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, debt holders are advised that
Tiny Molefe, in her capacity as Senior Manager: Corporate Finance of City of Ekurhuleni (CoE) has
been appointed as debt officer of the City with immediate effect.

The Accounting Officer of the City confirms that she has considered and is satisfied with the
competence, qualifications and experience of the newly appointed debt officer.
