Division), issued under its Structured Note Programme, has been
amended as follows:
Paragraph 33(b) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement:
Interest Payment Dates By deletion of the word
“September” and replacement
thereof with the word
“December”.
Paragraph 72 of the Applicable Pricing Supplement:
Books closed period By deletion of the word
“September” and replacement
thereof with the word
“December”.
Last Day to Register By deletion of the word
“September” and replacement
thereof with the word
“December”.
This amendment is effective 19 September 2018 and has been made
in accordance with condition 18.1 of The Standard Bank of South
Africa Limited’s Structured Note Programme dated 1 January 2017
to correct a manifest error.
Save for the rectification of the manifest error, the remainder
of the terms of the Applicable Pricing Supplement remain
unchanged.
