1.   The board of directors of ABIL and the joint business rescue practitioners are 
     cognisant of the uncertainty facing shareholders with regard to their investment
     in the Company as a result of the unavoidable delay in the publication of the 
     group financial results for the year ended 30 September 2014, the interim 
     six month period ended 31 March 2015 and the year ended 30 September 2015.

2.   ABIL is a holding company with three major subsidiaries, namely Ellerine Holdings
     Limited, African Bank Limited and Stangen.

3.   A decision has been taken to provide shareholders with the financial statements 
     of Stangen for the year ended 30 September 2015. Such financial   statements   
     can   be   accessed   at
