In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Delta International
and Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking have terminated their Sponsor service arrangement by mutual agreement with
effect from 30 September 2015.
Further to the above, Delta International has appointed PSG Capital (Pty) Limited as Sponsor to the Company with effect from 30
September 2015.
