SANTAM –COMPANY SECRETARY DEALINGS IN SECURITIES


Subsequent to the May 2007 broad-based black economic empowerment
(“B-BBEE”) transaction in terms of which Central Plaza Investments
112 Proprietary Limited (“Central Plaza”) acquired 10% of Santam’s
issued ordinary shares, Santam entered into an agreement with Central
Plaza to facilitate the B-BBEE unwind, the details of which were
announced on SENS on 13 May and 24 June 2015.


As a result of the above mentioned B-BBEE unwind and in compliance
with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
