Changes to the board of directors

Holders of the ETFs are advised that Mr Guy Strahlendorf has been appointed as executive director
to the board of Nedgroup Beta Solutions Proprietary Limited, the management company of BettaBeta
CIS with effect from 11 December 2014, subject to regulatory approvals.

The board of BettaBeta further consists of the following directors:

    -  Mr Craig du Preez who was appointed as non-executive director with effect from 12
        November 2010;
    -   Mr JP Nobrega who was appointed as independent non-executive director with effect from 10
        September 2013; and
    -   Mr P Meyer who was appointed as independent non-executive director with effect from 27
        August 2012.
