Shareholders of WCC (“Shareholders”) are advised that the Company has 
published its Annual Report 2014, which is available on the ASX and the
Company’s  website at www.waterbergcoal.com.au.

Shareholders are referred to the Notice of General Meeting released on 
the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 30 October 2014 
and are hereby informed that the said meeting will take place at 4:00pm 
on 28 November 2014 at 38 Station Street, Subiaco, WA 6008.
