African Eagle announces that the Company has today been notified that on 9 April 2014 Salkeld
Investments Limited, a company wholly owned by Nick Clarke, sold 140,937,440 ordinary shares of
0.1 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 0.225p
per Ordinary Share (“Disposal”) to Shoreline Energy International Limited (“Shoreline”).
