Changes to the Board of Directors
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (a) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), shareholders are hereby informed that
Mr. Anthony Spanjaard (“Anthony”) has been appointed as a director
to the board of directors of Nutritional Holdings (“the Board”)
with effect from Wednesday, 21 August 2013.
Anthony will fulfil the role of an executive director (Group Sales)
at Nutritional Holdings. Anthony was previously the Managing Director
of Spanjaard Limited until mid 2009. Subsequent thereto, he pursued a
corporate coaching and consulting business during which time he also
started a company, Foodspan (Pty) Limited, which trades in the dry-foods
market.
Having 10 years experience in sales and general management, the Board
is confident that Anthony will contribute both experience and drive to
Nutritional Holdings. The Board wishes to welcome Anthony and looks
forward to his future contributions to the Company.
