RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Erbacon hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Neil
Davies has resigned as an independent non executive director
of the Company, with effect from 12 July 2013.

The Company wishes to extend its gratitude to Mr. Davies
for his contribution to the Company, and wishes him well
for the future.
