The following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMR") have been provisionally allocated nil cost awards under the
Company's Executive Share Award Plan 2008 on 3 June 2013 in respect of
the number of US$0.10 ordinary shares in the Company as set out below.
The release of shares is subject to satisfaction of the applicable performance
condition.

capitalisation plus net equity cash flows exceeds the median growth of a
weighted peer group index, over a five year performance period.
