In   accordance   with   paragraph   3.59(c)  of  the   Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised
that Mr Quinton George has been replaced on the remuneration
committee of the Company by Mr John Ramsey, who has also been
appointed in the role of chairman of the remuneration committee,
with effect from, 13 September 2012.
