Bondholders of the Issuer's ZAR3,000,000,000 6% Senior Unsecured Exchangeable Bonds with a principal
amount of R750 each due 3 December 2027 (the "Bonds") are advised of the following interest payment due
on 3 June 2026:

The Bonds will commence trading ex-interest from the commencement of business on Wednesday, 27 May

ZAR750.00 of principal amount.
