 AVAILABILITY OF THE GUARANTORS' ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2025

 In accordance with paragraph 6.5 and 6.7 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
 noteholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements ("AFS") of Discovery Vitality
 Proprietary Limited ("Discovery Vitality") and Discovery Health Proprietary Limited ("Discovery Health")
 (collectively, the "Guarantors") for the year ended 30 June 2025 (the "financial statements") are available on the
 Issuer's website at www.discovery.co.za/corporate/additional-material

 Noteholders are advised that the audit reports on the Guarantors' financial statements were unqualified, with
 no modifications applicable.

 Noteholders are advised that corrections and restatements were made to the Guarantors' previously published
 financial statements included in the AFS for the year ended 30 June 2025. These corrections and restatements,
 summarised below, did not affect the reported profit for the prior period.

 A summary of the details of these corrections and restatements is provided below. Additional information
 regarding these changes have been disclosed within the financial statements of the Guarantors, as referenced
 below.

 As outlined in Note 23 of the audited AFS of Discovery Vitality, the following restatements were made:
 • Correction of prior period errors in the Statement of Comprehensive Income. The correction related to the
     presentation of specified income items, which were reclassified as either Revenue or as a reduction in Benefit
     expense. This adjustment did not affect the reported profit for the prior period, the Statement of Financial
     Position, or the Statement of Cash Flows.
 • Changes in the presentation of specified items within the Statement of Financial Position, where specific line
     items were either disaggregated, aggregated or reclassified to enhance the clarity and understandability of
     the financial information. These adjustments did not affect the reported profit for the prior period or the
     Statement of Cash Flows.

 As outlined in Note 5.6 of the audited AFS of Discovery Health, the following restatements were made:
 • Changes in the presentation of specified items within the Statement of Financial Position, where specific line
     items were disaggregated, aggregated, or reclassified to enhance the clarity and understandability of the
     financial information. These adjustments did not affect the reported profit for the prior period or the
     Statement of Cash Flows.
