EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP SUCCESSION

The Board of Directors of Growthpoint is pleased to announce the appointment of
Estienne de Klerk as Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), effective 1 July 2026,
aligning with the commencement of the FY27 financial year, and the appointment
of José Snyders as Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) effective 1 January 2026.

Estienne is currently the CEO of Growthpoint Properties South Africa and is a
Chartered Accountant and Harvard Business School alumnus, having recently
completed the Advanced Management Program at that institution. Estienne holds
a BCom degree in Industrial Psychology and BCom Honors degrees in Marketing and
Accountancy, from the University of Johannesburg, and is a certified Master
Practitioner in Real Estate (PPRA).

With 30 years' experience in banking and listed property, he has deep expertise
in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, property operations, BBBEE, and
industry transformation. He has held multiple industry leadership roles, including
Chairman of SAREIT Association, Past President of SA Property Owners Association,
and founder of the Property Industry Group, which supported the sector during
the Covid-19 pandemic. He serves on the boards of key Growthpoint investments
such as V&A Waterfront Holdings Pty Ltd and Growthpoint Properties Australia
Ltd.

Norbert Sasse will continue to serve as GCEO until 30 June 2026, retaining full
responsibility for the FY26 financial year, after which he will continue with the
company in an executive capacity until 31 December 2026, when his contract
expires, inter alia, to ensure a seamless transition.

José is the current CEO of Liberty Two Degrees Ltd (L2D), a role he assumed
following a successful tenure as both Commercial Director and Financial Director.
He is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and two
honours degrees specialising in financial analysis & portfolio management and
financial accounting. With over 22 years of experience spanning financial services,
investment banking, and listed real estate, he brings with him a deep blend of
strategic, operational, and capital markets expertise.
Gerald Völkel will remain as Group Financial Director until 31 March 2026 to
complete the FY26 half year results and the handover to José.
