LATE SUBMISSION OF INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS (“INTERIM REPORT”)

The JSE wishes to advise that the above-mentioned issuer prepares an interim report and has failed to
submit it within the three-month period stipulated in the JSE's Debt Listings Requirements.

Accordingly, the listing of the Issuer’s debt securities on the JSE trading system will be annotated with a
"RE" to indicate that they have failed to submit their interim report timeously and that the listing of the
Issuer’s debt securities and the registration of the Issuer’s programme memorandum (“programme”) are
under threat of suspension.

If the Issuer still fails to submit its interim report on or before 31 January 2023, then the listing of the
Issuer’s debt securities and the registration of the Issuer’s programme may be suspended.

This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of holders of debt securities.
