Quilter plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares
of 7 pence each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.
Date of purchase: 15 October 2021
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 977
Lowest price paid per share: 143.8500 pence
Highest price paid per share: 143.9000 pence
Average price paid per share: 143.8760 pence
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Since 13 September 2021, the Company has purchased 11,827,134 shares at a cost (including dealing
and associated costs) of £16,995,735.59.
Following settlement of the above transaction and the transaction conducted today in relation to the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the Company will hold none of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have
1,686,394,677 ordinary shares in issue.
