CORRECTION OF INFORMATION IN THE INTEGRATED REPORT 2020 RELEASED ON SENS ON
06 OCTOBER 2020

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on
06 October 2020 in which they were advised that the Group's 2020 Integrated
Report (“IR”) has been distributed.

Shareholders are referred to the remuneration report, found on pages 118-
131 of the IR and advised that attendances of G Dempster and T Skweyiya
were incorrectly recorded as each attending two out of two meetings to the
meetings of the Remuneration Committee and that the actual meeting
attendances of G Dempster was three out of three and T Skweyiya was one out
of one. Nevertheless, all committee meetings attained 100% attendance.
