has approved the listing of the above-mentioned Share
Instalments and trading commenced on Wednesday, 30
October 2013. All members of the JSE may participate in
trading which will occur according to normal JSE Rules.
Settlement will be effected electronically through
STRATE. Copies of the warrant program and pricing
supplement are available at the address stated below.

No share instalment may be (1) subscribed for, or
purchased by a Non-Resident or (2) sold to a Non-Resident
(3) beneficially held or owned by a Non-Resident. If
notwithstanding the foregoing, any Non-Resident acquires
or beneficially holds or owns any share instalment, such
Non-Resident will not be recognised by the issuer and
such Non-Resident shall have no rights or entitlements of
whatsoever nature under such share instalment.
