Update on proposed transaction and withdrawal of cautionary announcement

                                
Unitholders of Fountainhead (Unitholders)  are referred to the announcements 
released on the Securities Exchange News Service on 30 March 2012, 10 May 2012 
and 15 June 2012 regarding the proposed acquisition  by Redefine Properties Limited 
of the management company of Fountainhead ( the Acquisition) and are advised that 
all the appropriate regulatory approvals have been received. 
The Acquisition is now unconditional and will be implemented with effect from 
1 August 2012.
Unitholders are accordingly advised that there is no need to continue to exercise
